Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Dr. Dolezal is a Pediatric and Behavioral Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. She created and directed the interdisciplinary Pediatric Feeding Program at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Autism Center for more than 14 years. She has worked in various clinical settings including inpatient, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs across the country, including the University of Iowa Children’s Hospitals and Clinics and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Hospital and Clinics. Danielle specializes in pediatric feeding disorders, avoidant restrictive intake disorder, anxiety, and behavioral challenges that utilizes a holistic approach and interdisciplinary collaborative care models. She decided to leave the program she created to pursue her dream of integrating her love of horses and other creatures great and small into her work with children and teens in a farm-based setting.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Eunice has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities since 2010. She has experience in a wide range of clinical settings including center-based, in-home therapy, and outpatient hospital clinics. Over the last decade in Washington state, she has served at Mosaic Children’s Therapy, FEAT of WA’s Rising Star Academy and Transitions for Teens programs, and Organization for Research and Learning. Most recently, she specialized in interdisciplinary treatment of pediatric feeding disorders at Seattle Children’s Autism Center.
Eunice’s clinical expertise and interests include communication across modalities, adaptive living skills, participation in medical care, and advanced learner skill-building such as increasing community access and transitions planning.

Barb is a Clinical Pediatric Dietitian with over 30 years of experience, specializing in feeding challenges and eating disorders. Having worked extensively at Seattle Children’s Hospital, Barb now brings her expertise to Farmhouse Health, where she continues to support children and families through private practice.

Lisa is a Clinical Dietitian with nearly 10 years of experience in treating children and adolescents with eating disorders, elevated BMI, and pediatric feeding disorders. She combines evidence-based nutrition therapy with individualized care, focusing on interdisciplinary collaboration to provide holistic treatment.
